I really need to find a way to stop reading fanfiction. It's gonna be the death of me. I feel fairly accomplished right now. I've gotten most of the things on my to-do list done. I just need to study a shit-load by friday. 4 exams in the next week alone! Fun, eh? I'll have to kill something.

I got a 15/15 on my physics quiz for the first time in forever, but that was ruined by the fact that I didn't do so well on my Anatomy stuff. Sigh. This last month has been a blur to me. I don't know what came over me, but this always happens. It's really STUPID! I dont understand it.

And I'm not entirely sure what my grade is in half my classes. But I think the exams that are coming up will make or break my grades. I hate it when that happens. I need to focus and study this last week and a half, and then finals. *sigh*

I am never taking 18 credit hours again, if I can help it. I mean, i might take 18, but not with 3 science classes at once! Okay, I lied. I'll be doing that all the time once 3rd year begins.

Did I make the right choice? I wonder, sometimes.

Hello

I've caught this strange bug (several, actually). I am currently plenty obsessed with Adrian/Hermione fanfiction! Adrian who, you ask? Adrian Pucey, of course! They are such an adorable couple! And he calls her kitten. Awwww...how could you not love them?!

And...I suddenly find myself considering Millicent Bulstrode as one of my favourite characters of the series. I mean, she seems like someone I can relate to. I have never been considered 'ugly' or 'brutish' (atleast, I don't believe so...) but most of the time people think of me as asexual, so I can definitely relate.

And, I feel quite accomplished, even though I've only gotten a handful of things done, it's better than how i've been lazing about lately. Tommorrow morning, I'll get even more done, but I'm off to sleep!

Myself and ranting

I don't know what I'm doing. I really don't. Stlcop really makes me want to kill myself sometimes. I mean, I don't put in too much effort, but I try to, but it doesn't work. I really need to work on myself. I seem to have this strange self-pity complex. Not good. I think it stems from the fact that I read too much and don't really live in the real world sometimes. I don't like this world. A part of it is probably still that I'm behind by a year. Being younger than everyone around you all the bloody time has a lot more effects than I ever percieved. I still need to get over this complex of trying to please my parents all the bloody time. It's not healthy, and I hate myself for being like that. I don't really like my parents all that much. Sure, I love them, but I feel like i'm so disconnected from them much of the time. I like being in their prescence, but I don't particularly enjoy talking to them, does that make sense? I mean, being around them sometimes gives me comfort, but how long will that last? After all, my friends give me a lot more comfort. I feel a whole new degree of content around Ilia and Shlee than I ever did around my parents. Probably because I don't understand my parents very much either.

There's a saying that states that when foreign children move to the U.S. (or anywhere), they grow up and have to act like the adults to their parents, simply because we learn much faster. I feel like that, to a degree. My parents don't know half of what happens in my life, and that's my own fault for not telling them. I don't tell them because of the 'disapproval' thing. I thought I was past it for a long time, but apparently not. I think college is helping, a lot. Thank god for that. Imagine being like that even after leaving college. Never doing anything for yourself? No thanks!

And I dunno, do people always feel this longing? I know I'm only 17 (soon to be 18!), but I always feel like I should have a significant other aldready. Like I'm behind because I haven't had a boyfriend. I know I shouldn't feel like that, but I do. Doesn't that matter? That I feel that way. I think it should.

Anyway, enough ranting. For the first time in weeks, I feel like I actually want to do some work, so I'm getting to it! Ciao!

My politics teacher is currently screaming about civil rights.

It makes me think.

Does everyone realize how far we've come? Do people look around and see their friends (of color or not) and realize the blood and sweat and tears that people have put in for them to have the RIGHT TO BE THERE??

Does my generation see anything, or do we sit in the single pixel of life in which we exist and ignore the giant plasma screen that we're a part of?

Hey everyone! (i.e. me, lol)

So...I have this friend...let's call her H. She is bloody hilarious because of her violent tendencies. She is currently cursing out the computer because of this website being stupid. LMAO. And one of my other friends, S, is deathly afraid of H's wrath. It's hilarious! Especially since S is like 6'2' and H is about 5'2' and tiny.

You know that lilting voice that villians always use when they're really enraged, yea, H is using that voice right now...lol.

It's pretty scary.

So, anyway, I have a shit load of work to do. Physics exam wednesday, Chem quiz the same day, I still need to find out if I can take that term. quiz that I missed last friday, and I REALLY want to know how I did on that practicum. I'm hoping for a B. Oh yeah,and I have an anatomy exam friday. God, stlcop sucks.

I actually got interested in Anatomy for the first time in forever this morning. Probably 'cause I had gotten a fair amount of sleep and felt somewhat relaxed. I really need to get into a good habit of sleeping at a fairly normal time again. *Sigh*

On the upside, I finally got into sketching again. On the downside it was during Physics. Thank god the stuff we were doing was really easy! WooT!

I really miss Juan. I haven't talked to him in a while and he seems to be avoiding me. I don't know what to do about him. I mean, I really like him, but I got kinda scared...and stuff. Damn!

I still haven't started that god damn job at Children's! I really wanna go see the children, even if they make me really sad.

Anyway, I am currently in Politics, so I better go.
